Welcome to the Sported Funding Bulletin. This page is here to help you find funding opportunities that may be available to your group or organisation.
We know that funding is a priority for many groups in our network, and that finding the right opportunity can sometimes feel complicated.
Use the search and filter options on this page to narrow down the list of funds.

You can search by keyword, or tick the filters that apply to you and select Apply Filters. This will make the list shorter and help you find funds that may be a good match.
Each fund has its own eligibility criteria. If you find a fund that looks suitable, please open the website link and read the guidance carefully before applying.
Finding a fund is an important first step, but it is not the only part of securing funding. If you need more support, you can also explore the resources available on the Hub.

AEB Charitable Trust 16481
AEB Charitable Trust is offering funding of up to £10,000. Grants are available to registered charities in Edinburgh, the Lothians, and the Scottish Borders for projects focused on animal welfare, the environment, health, culture, and support for retired members of the Armed Forces. The Trust supports charities carrying out work under the following themes: The promotion of interests of wildlife, ecology and nature. Deadline: 30 November 2026.
Ballantrae Community Fund 16360
Foundation Scotland offers grants of up to £25,000 for project, core and capital costs. Open to charities, CICs, community groups, schools and sports clubs benefiting Ballantrae, South Ayrshire. Funding supports community development, facilities, wellbeing, infrastructure and local environmental projects. Closing date: 9 October 2026.
Clyde Borders Community Fund 16240
SSE is offering funding of up to £25,000. Grants are available for constituted, not-for-profit organisations to deliver activities that promote community spirit, enhance wellbeing, and help create sustainable communities in Skirling, Upper Tweed, and Tweedsmuir. This fund aims to support constituted, not-for-profit groups to deliver activities and projects that promote community spirit, bring people together, enhance wellbeing and quality of life, and foster vibrant, sustainable communities in Skirling, Upper Tweed, and Tweedsmuir.

Cockburnspath & Cove Community Fund 16370
Foundation Scotland offers grants of up to £50,000 for project, core and capital costs. Open to charities, schools, community groups, sports clubs and local authorities benefiting Cockburnspath and Cove. Funding supports community facilities, wellbeing, heritage, culture, environment and local development. Closing date: 17 November 2026.
Foundation Scotland - Kilgallioch Community Fund 16447
ScottishPower Renewables is offering discretionary funding. Grants are available to support community projects in Wigtownshire (Dumfries and Galloway) and South Carrick (South Ayrshire). The Fund aims to fund community-led charitable projects that supports rural regeneration and sustainability of local communities in Wigtownshire and South Carrick. Deadline: 12 October 2026.
Foundation Scotland - Whiteside Hill Wind Farm Community Fund 16448
Netro Energy UK is offering funding of up to £10,000. Grants to support community projects for those living in the Kirkconnel & Kelloholm and Royal Burgh of Sanquhar and district in Dumfries and Galloway. The aim of the scheme is to support community projects for those in the Kirkconnel & Kelloholm and Royal Burgh of Sanquhar and district in Dumfries and Galloway. Deadline: 12 October 2026.
Kilgallioch Community Fund 16362
Foundation Scotland offers grants of up to £20,000 for capital, revenue and core costs. Open to charities, CICs and community organisations in Dumfries & Galloway and South Ayrshire. Funding supports community and environmental initiatives, with priority given to new projects and organisations not previously funded. Closing date: 12 October 2026.
