Grants are available for local and national charities in England and Wales who are working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Grants for charities in England and Wales for projects that support disadvantaged and vulnerable children and young people aged up to 18 years (up to 25 years for disabled young people) to overcome the barriers they face in order to achieve the best possible start in life.

Grants are available to community organisations across North Wales for a variety of projects that will prevent and address the root causes of crime.

Financial assistance is available to local, not-for-profit organisations and community groups in Pembrokeshire to assist with the costs of community projects and initiatives.

The Community Support Programme provides financial support through the Port of Milford Haven's Community Fund. Charities, voluntary organisations, community organisations and social enterprises that are working within Pembrokeshire are eligible to apply for support.

Powys - UK Shared Prosperity Fund: Making a Difference Community Grants 14910
Grants are available to support community organisations in Powys to deliver projects that address local needs and contribute to building pride in place, as part of the wider UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme.

Grants are available for clubs playing in the England and Wales football pyramid to make improvements to their stadiums.

Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr and Bridgend - Welsh Church Act Fund 14911
The Welsh Church Act Fund is available to constituted community groups and charities operating in the County Borough areas of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr and Bridgend. Organisations must provide activities that have long term direct benefit to residents and communities within these areas and must be open to members of the public at large. There are three levels of grant small (up to £2,000), medium (up to £10,000), and large (up to £50,000)
It provides support for capital expenditure such as:
- Refurbishment of a community buildings or places of worship;
- Purchase of capital equipment;
- Other purposes beneficial to the wider community.
The Fund operates on a rolling programme basis. There are no set bidding rounds and fully developed applications can be submitted at any time.

Sport Wales - Be Active Wales (under and over £10,000) 14843
The Be Active Wales Fund offers grants from £300 to £50,000 for projects in Wales that intend to do at least one of the following:
⢠reduce inequality
⢠create long-term sustainability
⢠introduce new or different ways of operating
Funding could be used for example, upskilling volunteers, buying equipment, new or different ways of delivering activity.

Swansea Council - Welsh Church Act Trust Fund 14914
The fund is open to all voluntary, charitable or benevolent groups based in - or having significant user numbers in - the Swansea area, and awards grants to successful applicants up to a maximum of £5,000. Priority will normally be given to revenue funded schemes, however capital schemes will be considered, especially where they can show that other funding has been secured. There is no set closing dates for applications. If sufficient funds are available, the trustees panel sits twice a year.

Grants are available to registered charities, CICs, educational establishments and CIOs for projects that mitigate the digital divide by making computing facilities, support and/or learning available to disadvantaged and vulnerable people.
