Heart of Bucks Community Foundation is offering funding of up to £500. Grants for community-based events to celebrate older people in Buckinghamshire as part of the International Day of Older People (IDOP). The aim of the Fund is to improve social connectedness for older people, aged 65 years old and over, in Buckinghamshire by supporting community events to mark IDOP.
