After consulting with leaders from Sported members about the challenges they can face, Jon Williams, leadership coach, and Sported volunteer brings you our bitesize series on leadership.
Specifically aimed at people who are leading a team of staff/volunteers at their organisation/club. The purpose is to help you realise your potential of becoming a more effective leader.
You will work with your coach to develop your own personal skills, qualities and capabilities. Areas could include time management, developing others, managing difficult conversations, assertiveness, wellbeing, greater work-life balance and more.
